Why?!!!

Heck, why do I do anything? Just like the bunny sounds page, the cleanup photo essay, or heck--this whole freakin' web site in general--this shamelessly goofy page is here just because no one else has done such a thing.

2009 update: This page was authored before Youtube existed and having video of anything around was really novel. But I wasn't able to spare the bw of the videos on this server. I had someone hosting these off a .edu server for me, but their account has since been deleted. I haven't gotten around to converting these videos and slapping them on youtube... so until then, my apologies for the broken links below.

You may need Apple Quicktime to view these. It's a free download. Apple's Quicktime Download Page. A newer Windows Media Player will also do the trick. For some reason older Windows Media player versions didn't like playing these files despite their AVI extensions.
